Joe Ruby
Joe Ruby was an American animation producer and writer who co-created Scooby-Doo with Ken Spears in 1969 for Hanna-Barbera, one of the most enduring franchises in animation history. He and Spears later founded Ruby-Spears Productions, creating additional animated properties including Dynomutt, Dog Wonder and Thundarr the Barbarian.
